Our Vision & Values

In order to have an environment in which people can thrive, it is important to have a set of strong core values.  These values are our rocks.  The filter through which we flow our daily decision making.  

Qualitree was founded in 1994 on Christian principles including hard work, respect and the golden rule:  

 

“Do unto others as you would have them do to you”.  

 

As an ownership team we wish to publicly acknowledge that we ultimately depend on God to bless and prosper our life work.  We thank Him for the incredible blessings entrusted to our care.  As stewards of those blessings we feel the weight of our responsibility to take care of the resources entrusted to us.  We pray for guidance and faith no matter what lies ahead.

Every level of leadership is encouraged to always connect decision making back to our core values.  Our Core Value statements are short, memorable and prominently displayed throughout our company in meeting rooms and common areas for all to see and live by.
