I've been a part of Qualitree as long as I can remember - there are pictures of me walking under the planting table as a kid! Officially, I started working here after high school on the Operations team. I love organizing people and making day plans in fast-paced and changing environments, so I get to fulfill that all in my role as Operations Manager.

Our seasonal foreign workers always keep a fun and happy workplace. I enjoy our innovative and new machines, and that we keep growing so there are always new projects to work on. The fast pace and ever-changing dynamics of our team and equipment keep my work life interesting.
