I started at Qualitree a week before my 14th birthday on the shipping crew — back when things were much smaller! I moved over to the Service and Maintenance Team in 2015. When we started Phase 1 of our new construction in 2017, I worked on laying the pipes and building the reservoir. To gain some additional skills and see another business, I worked as a millwright at another company for two years. Qualitree drew me back in 2020 to the position of Planting Team Lead, where I had the opportunity to improve processes, put Standard Operating Procedures in place, and support our hard-working planting team. Since 2021, I have been in Sales as a Key Account Manager.

At Qualitree, the people I work with every day are a ton of fun to be around. I get to travel throughout North America to see customers, but my favorite weeks are the ones spent here at Q with my coworkers.
