Lavandula Anouk Home Page

The Lavandula Anouk is a protected plant. For more information click here.

This Lavender is a hardy, compact, outstanding new stoechas variety.

One of the characteristics of this variety is that it continues blooming through the entire growing season. After the first blooms are out flowered they can be pinched out and the plant will make new flowers on the same stems. This type of care will ensure flowers during the whole season. Another way to trim back your lavender is after blooming. Trim back 50% of the plant. This will ensure flowers for the second blooming period of the year.

Lavender "Anouk" is suitable for most garden soils and research has also shown that lavender has a soothing effect on people. This Lavandula is an excellent patio plant.

Hardiness: Zone 5b/6

Breeders in the Netherlands claim that this variety is hardier then Hidcote and Munstead. 'North American Trials are currently being conducted."
