Our Core Values
The core values of an organization are those values we hold which form the foundation on which we perform work and conduct ourselves. We have an entire universe of values, but some of them are so primary, so important to us that through out the changes in society, government, politics, and technology they are STILL the core values we will abide by.

Christian Principles. We are a company founded and based upon Christian principles. We believe that The Bible should be our rule of life and we base our daily personal and business decisions upon this unchanging standard.

We Do What We Say. We are a team and we need to be able to count on each other at all times. A promise is a promise even if it causes us pain!
- Family and Friends. Although work is an important part of our lives we need to always remember that family and friends are enduring. Long after we are too old or too sick to work we want our family and friends to be there with us. We endeavor to ensure that our jobs do not hurt our family relationships.
- Quality First. Our name holds us to high standards! We strive to always ship only the finest. That sometimes means we need to discard product rather than sell it. Obviously “Quality First” applies to more than just the product we ship and we must be quality conscious with everything we do. We know that all of the operations involved in our jobs, if done with quality in mind, will produce an end product we can be proud of!
- Continuous Improvement. We all need to be open to continuous improvement. This means having an open mind to change and always thinking of better ways. It is only by thinking “outside of the box” that we will thrive as a company.
We pledge to live these values each and every day. We filter our decisions through them, and hold each other accountable to them. They form the backbone of our organization, helping us to build relations based on trust and respect will all those we come in contact with.
